At Tante Marie’s Cooking School San Francisco, we believe that you learn best by doing the cooking yourself, under the guidance of the Chef/Instructor.  Our warm and friendly kitchens are designed to accommodate up to 16 students cooking together.   You will receive printed recipes and enjoy eating the many dishes, pastries or desserts you make, along with appropriate wine pairings. The purpose of these Participation Courses is for everyone to learn theory, master techniques, and gain confidence in the kitchen, in order to have fun cooking!
