Almost every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, the students who are taking the Full-Time Culinary Course, watch a demonstration by the Chef/Instructor of the techniques of French cooking or baking. And, almost every Wednesday afternoon, there is a Demonstration by a guest Chef in the cooking of another country. Each attendee receives printed recipes and substantial tastes of the dishes presented.
